Renokratt is a configuration expert system crafted to revolutionize preliminary design and tender preparation work of renovation projects in Estonia. It empowers Technical Consultants (TCs) and supports Homeowner Associations (HOAs) by significantly reducing the time, complexity, and redundancy involved in capturing needs, analyzing scenarios and financials, and ensuring compliance. Despite the challenges posed by the outdated, energy-inefficient infrastructure of Soviet-era apartment blocks and their less-than-ideal ownership structures, these mass-built neighbourhoods provide a valuable source of broadly applicable data. By leveraging this data alongside the renovation wave, Renokratt sees a path to scalable, impactful solutions that extend beyond renovation projects.
