We conduct regular classes in underprivileged schools & shelter homes through volunteers as well as train their teachers about holistic wellbeing which includes SEL (Social Emotional Learning ) , Yoga, Meditation & much more
We also create libraries & playroom for children at such places .
Along with this, We also work towards mental wellbeing of youth & adults by conducting programs on meditation & spirituality for students, professionals, housewives, entrepreneurs & corporates.
