Our interactive training to clients is divided between:
1.Providing training on public courses to solicitors and HR Practitioners;
2.Providing in-house bespoke training to HR teams and in-house counsel in the form of employment law updates- both general and specific;and/or
2. Providing in-house bespoke Equal Opportunities/Diversity Training (for all employees -from the postroom to the board of directors). This ensures that an employer has complied with the "reasonable steps" defence in discrimination/equality claims; and/or
3. Providing in-house bespoke Manager training. Typically, this form of training relates to managing within the boundaries of employment law. As the representatives of the employer- a manager’s actions will make the employer liable in employment law. Training managers to have an awareness of and to work within the parameters of the law and to understand their role and responsibilities will reduce the risks of costly mistakes occurring. These mistakes can ultimately cost the employer in damages, wasted management time and corporate reputation. Prevention is always better than a cure.
