My experience with various property types and grades runs the gamut from new construction, class A suburban garden style complexes, to older class b and c, mid-rise and high-rise buildings in urban settings and everything in between. Throughout my career, I have overseen single property holdings to multi-state portfolios of more than thirty-thousand units both creating and/or enlarging portfolios. I have started businesses and acquired or managed properties from the initial assessment and addressing of basic critical needs, through the establishment of the corporate culture and long-term growth plans.
