Why did we do this?
Our team has spent the last decade managing 1,000’s of investment properties and the one thing that we can say for certain is that owners can’t afford to give away 7% – 10% of their collected monthly rents if they want to truly succeed in today’s rental market.
Why? Because research shows that 7% – 10% of the monthly rent, after all, expenses are paid, is the profit, so what does that leave the owner with once the management company is paid? In most cases we found it leaves the owner frustrated, paying out-of-pocket, struggling to self-manage, and looking for a way to exit the rental market.
So we fixed it!
