Renu is a development & project management consultancy based in Central London with over 40 years’ combined experience in real estate specifically the residential & purpose built ‘living’ sector. Renu was established with the principal objective of offering our clients a development management team to provide addition bandwidth to their existing in-house teams or provide support where the in-house capability is not available. Renu have gained their experience as consultants and acting client side in the fields of site acquisition, planning, programme, development management, and project management. This experience enables us to provide advice on all aspects of the acquisition, development, construction, and operation processes. Renu understand the risk profile and key objectives of our clients with our involvement tailored to specific client needs, either throughout the project lifecycle or at individual stages. Renu work alongside our clients, we develop and successfully implement effective strategies that mitigate risk, add value and ensure our clients and partners aspirations are realised.
