About Replenish, Inc.
Replenish, Inc. developed the world's smallest implantable, refillable drug pump for the $7 billion retinal therapeutic market (pump currently in clinical investigation, not yet approved by FDA for sale). The MicroPump is implanted under the eye's skin for the purpose of periodically injecting sight-saving medication for patients with age related macular degeneration (AMD). After a 20 minute outpatient surgical procedure, the pump is programmed and recharged wirelessly by the physician and refilled ever 6 months to deliver biotech protein therapies that could only be otherwise administered by a physician's syringe every 4 weeks for life.
