Replexus is a new and innovative platform for insurance risk securitisation. It combines many facets required to transform collateralised reinsurance into insurance linked securities settled and traded on an electronic platform. It offers a wide range of services. These services are available to reinsurance brokers, insurance linked securities (ILS) brokers, ILS fund managers and (re)insureds. Services can be offered individually or combined as an all-in-one turnkey solution. Further it can securitise and sell collateralised (re)insurance positions or side-pockets to external investors and can support work-outs of ILS portfolios for managers if desired.
