Report App traces its origins to the personal experiences of Karin Bosman. After enduring prolonged sexual harassment from her employer, she broke the cycle and took the case to court. Despite a guilty verdict, only a reprimand followed, deeply disappointing her. Understanding the complexity of addressing unwanted behavior, Karin wrote the book "Spugen op de tosti van Hans" to share her experiences.
After studying in the United States on Social Safety and Psychosocial Workload, she launched the independent platform Report App in 2019. Her goal is to ensure access to information and safe sharing of concerns for everyone. Since 2015, Karin has traveled the world advising organizations and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) on prevention policies and awareness.
With her unique combination of communication and legal knowledge, she contributes to preventing, addressing, and learning from unwanted behavior. The management book "Stop het zwijgen," co-authored with reputation strategist Frank Peters, is a practical guide full of valuable advice.
