Reroute Performance

Reroute Performance is a sports performance organization with locations in Miami, Florida and Orange County, California. Our coaches have over 15 years of combined experience working with some of the top athletes in major sports, including MLB, NFL, and NBA. Both of our locations offer training for professional, collegiate, and youth athletes via individual or group training. Our system aims to optimize the athlete’s ability to perform at the highest level through an individualistic programming model, meeting the needs of each athlete on a continued basis, and uniquely raising the training threshold, all while staying within scientifically backed training concepts. Our scientific approach to these programs works to increase athleticism with strength, power, speed, agility and mobility.
