RESCOMP Engineering

RESCOMP Engineering is a spin-off of the University of Padova, leveraging cutting-edge research and innovative methodologies for the improvement of the efficiency and reliability of composite parts. RESCOMP offers software tools (RESCOMP – FLA) for the design against fatigue of components as well as smart sensor-less, structural health monitoring solutions for the real-time assessment of the structural integrity (RESCOMP – SHM). In over 20 years of academic activities, we specialized in testing, modeling, and monitoring composite materials, with a particular focus on their mechanical behavior, fatigue resistance, and damage mechanics. With over 400 scientific publications and leadership roles in key industry collaborations, our team is at the forefront of developing innovative design tools and predictive methodologies that are directly applicable to real-world engineering challenges. We also have a strong track record in managing large-scale, international research projects and have worked with some of the most recognized companies in the automotive, aerospace, and energy sectors. Our shared goal is to translate cutting-edge research into practical, high-performance solutions for the development of advanced and reliable structures.
