In additional to having the ability to ensure cost effectiveness and quality with our labor pool, we are also able to control our supply chain to create time saving and cost efficiencies. Lastly, our investors are the owners of MaintenX, a very financially strong company providing world-class Total Facilities solutions to Fortune 500 and large multi-site companies across key industries such as pharmaceutical, gas/convenience stores, retail, and home improvement.
MaintenX’s business approach is synergistic with ours. Our shared approach of Fast … Done … Right is based on evolving our business to meet the needs of our customers. We are able to invest in expanding capacity such as adding a strategically placed warehouse in a particular geography or adding capabilities such as tarping, water mitigation, emergency repair services, pool cage repair/replacement and more. We have access to MaintenX roofing, fencing, generator and other companies in addition to trades people in HVAC, plumbing, and other areas.
The term Managed Repair Programs is used differently by different people. We view Managed Repair Programs as consisting of three general categories. We believe Right to Repair Programs are the best tool to help insurers navigate the Florida property insurance crisis. We also participate in Contractor Referral Programs both directly through the carrier and through networks.
