Rescue Recon 1 Philippines, Inc., also known as Recon Recon, is a non-stock, non-profit organization who envisions an emergency and disaster prepared countrymen regardless of sociodemographic profile. Our mission is to educate more civilians and to impart adequate technical skills to co-rescuers and aspiring responders, one region at a time.
