RescueFit® is an Emergency Service 'brand' but everything we do is in the hope of connecting people for the benefit of collectively improving everyone’s mental and physical wellbeing. We do this by using and adopting the ways emergency services positively effect its staff and replicate this for the wider public. On a day to day basis you can find RescueFit® facilitating physical fitness classes, personal training, kids clubs and at community engagement events.
