ReSe Applications LLC (ReSe Applications GmbH) is a small Swiss company focused on remote sensing data processing, and specifically on imaging spectroscopy. The company is owned and run by Dr. Daniel Schläpfer. The major goal is the development and distribution of imaging spectroscopy and remote sensing software. The expertise of the company is in geometric and atmospheric modeling of radiation in optical remote sensing, as well as the geometric and atmospheric preprocessing of optical remote sensing data. A special focus has been put so far in the processing of airborne hyperspectral imagery. The company successfully advanced the development of the original ATCOR® atmospheric correction software packages for both satellite and airborne sensor systems, DROACOR® a new fully automatic atmospheric correction and reflectance retrieval package designed for currently available UAV based sensors, PARGE® orthorectification software for airborne line scanners, MODO tool for radiative transfer modeling and the free GLIMPS ENVI file viewer.
