> Gather evidence of the impact of current and future policy on the university sector, including its effectiveness, efficiency and sustainability.
> Engage with universities to understand strategy, capability and capacity so that we can support continuous improvement and behaviour change.
> Work closely with the UK's devolved administrations and the Office for Students on UK-wide activity.
