For over 17 years in investment banking (markets), I lived the high-performance, high-pressure lifestyle - where success came with trade-offs I didn’t fully recognise at the time. I know what it’s like to be outwardly successful while quietly feeling stuck in a life that no longer fits.
I kept going, thinking it was just the price of ambition - until I realised that success shouldn’t come at the cost of self.
Since leaving banking, I’ve reshaped my path - without giving up ambition, drive, or excellence.
Now, I help other high achievers do the same.
