Resi Capital is a residential real estate developer operating within the Cavatina Group—one of the largest and most experienced developers in Poland. Our investment portfolio already includes over 5,000 apartments in both popular and premium segments, located in major metropolitan areas such as Kraków, Wrocław, Łódź, Katowice, and Bielsko-Biała. By the end of 2025, we plan to expand our offerings to 15 projects, including Warsaw market. Cavatina Group manages all key processes in-house, from land acquisition to architectural and interior design, commercialization, general contracting, and finishing.
