Our ethos is to support and grow from within; so we launched RDJ Academy with a plan to take our combined knowledge and passion for music into schools to teach music through the rudimentary skills of beat matching, phrasing and harmonic mixing. We don't plan on stopping there either! With our own home grown promotions, we want to give everyone a chance (including novice DJ's and emerging talent) the opportunity to play events with us too.
