Resilience from Within (RFW) is a locally-led nonprofit organization based in Gulu, Northern Uganda, focused on empowering women and youth through transformative, mindfulness-based entrepreneurship training. Our mission is to build inner capacities to foster resilience and end poverty in post-conflict communities.
Through our pilot program, the Academy for Social Transformation (AST), we equip participants with essential business, financial literacy, and personal growth tools. We believe in social purpose enterprises that tackle pressing community challenges, whether through agricultural innovation, value-added production, or sustainable energy solutions.
We prioritize women, enabling them to become leaders in their communities, while also recognizing the importance of youth empowerment, especially for girls. By nurturing both inner strength and business acumen, we aim to create ripple effects of positive change that empower individuals and transform communities.
