Resilience by Design Lab

This LinkedIn community has been operated by the Resilience by Design Lab at Royal Roads University since 2019, using the project name "Adaptation Learning Network (ALN)". Funding for ALN ended in 2022 and ALN has morphed into a new entity together with Climate Risk Institute called CanAdapt. https://can-adapt.ca/. Meanwhile, Resilience by Design Lab at Royal Roads University continues to develop and operate projects focused on climate adaptation capacity-building. This LinkedIn community will now be known as Resilience by Design Lab. We remain focused on building capacity to adapt to climate change by 1) providing working professionals with education, training and networking opportunities through http://can-adapt.ca/courses. 2) undertaking competency frameworks and workforce development strategies to embed climate change knowhow in every discipline and sector.
