ResInnate Yoga & Permaculture

Yoga and mindfulness practices influenced by permaculture and regenerative design. We offer weekly yoga classes, private sessions and yoga retreats in the styles of Alignment Based Hatha and Yin Yoga. Classes and retreats will include yoga, pranayama and meditation as well as exploring our connection to the landscapes and ecosystems that we are a part of. We also offer site analysis, concept maps and full permaculture designs incorporating regenerative strategies such as earthworks / water retention landscapes and greywater / rainwater harvesting systems to rehydrate and regenerate your homestead and/or the land you steward.
