Resolution Framework

The Resolution Framework has been designed to offer a fully legally compliant and integrated alternative to the traditional performance, discipline and grievance procedures. Overview of the Resolution Framework • To provide a fair and legally compliant alternative to discipline and grievance procedures. • To reduce the risk of harm to individuals or groups who have concerns or complaints at work. • To align employees’ behaviours with the core values of the organisation and, wherever possible to use non adversarial techniques order to realign behaviours and values. • To integrate an objective, consistent and fair triage process for establishing the most appropriate route to resolution in each case. • To be able to access a wider range of remedies in each case including greater emphasis on early resolution, coaching, facilitated conversations, mediation, and restorative justice. • To promote the constructive resolution of concerns complaints and conflicts. • To develop conflict resilient workplaces and conflict competent managers, leaders, and HR professionals.
