RE | Solutions, LLC (RES) is a women-owned real estate development and advisory firm that specializes in the repositioning and reuse of challenging urban infill, brownfields, and distressed property. RES also provides strategic advisory services to other developers, as well as public entities. The founders of RES have focused on brownfield redevelopment for 25 years and are national leaders in the field. They have completed scores of projects in locations ranging from New Jersey to California and have tackled complex redevelopment projects as large as 600 acres.
