Resolve Secretarial Services (Pty) Ltd (“Resolve”) is a female owned, focused company secretarial consultancy established in 2006. We pride ourselves on providing specialised company secretarial services, support and advice to businesses and individuals alike, across a range of industry sectors and services. We are fully equipped to handle ongoing corporate compliance requirements. We are an official agent of the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (“CIPC”). With the introduction of CIPC’s online service, we are able to electronically submit the necessary company and close corporation documents, and track registration processes. This allows us to provide our clients with regular progress reports on registration processes, and thereby to drastically reduce turn-around time. Resolve comprises three consultants, an administrator and a receptionist. The founding member, has 14 years of experience in the field of company secretarial services, over which period she acquired expertise and skill required to effectively and efficiently execute company secretarial functions.
