Resolve Community Health empowers individuals living with and recovering from serious and persistent mental illness to take charge of their lives. In doing so, we help clients build the coping, social, and independent living skills needed to lead healthy and balanced lives.
Through one-on-one and group sessions, we assist clients on their journey to recovery by providing psychosocial support, illness management, and life skills training. We also facilitate access to clinical and therapeutic services through our extended network of mental health and wellness professionals.
