Miles's passion for fitness is rooted in his extensive experience, which includes four years as a personal trainer at the University of New Mexico before establishing Resolve Change. Over the years, Miles has worked with a diverse range of clients, from elderly individuals and new mothers to young athletes and bodybuilding competitors. This wide-ranging experience has enabled him to develop unique training methodologies that are implemented at Resolve Change.
Miles believes that true fitness is about the journey: understanding oneself, making sacrifices, and overcoming challenges that once seemed daunting.
