Our expertise lies in the production and distribution of surgical sutures and collagen products for all surgical disciplines in hospitals and in the private practice setting.
We are proud of our long-standing reputation for product quality and technical innovation. We work in partnership with all surgeons (surgery, urology, neurosurgery, orhtopaedic surgeons) supporting their needs and collaborating with them on new technologies that can be delivered in the hospital or the office. In addition we are serving oral surgeons and operative dentists with our dental solutions.
RESORBA stands for modern solutions in the field of wound adherence. Beyond that, we are leaders in the development of high-end collagens for surgical wound care, and are a recognised partner in scientific research projects.
When we moved into our new headquarters on the outskirts of Nuremberg in 2001, we laid the foundation and created capacities for fulfilling the future demands of operative medicine competently and at a very high standard.
Our sales force as well as our distributors are with clients every day. This enables them to recognise the needs of the market and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products. RESORBA has a successful presence in over 30 countries today, partly through our own subsidiaries.
Since December 2011 RESORBA is an integral part of the AMS – Advanced Medical Solutions group.
