We coined the term “Hybrid Living” to describe the ability to live a flexible lifestyle, splitting your time between two or more places. This could look like spending time in your new four-season Tiny Cottage or Destination RV at any one of our Resort for most of the year, while exploring warmer climates during the winter months. Many of our parks offer 10+ month occupancy and the opportunity to rent out your unit as you see fit (when you aren’t enjoying it yourself). We believe in being able to live and work in the harmony and tranquility of nature while preserving the affordability of home ownership.
