Examples: • Analyze business structures and operating plans to create and implement co-location and/or relocation strategies for Schlumberger Ltd. in Canada and the United States. • Development of business plans, operating strategies, and organizational restructur¬ing for such clients as Baker International, and major utilities such as Northern Indiana Public Service. • As Director & CEO of Security Pacific Investment Real Estate, Inc., Linda Lower provided pension fund advisory services and a vehicle for Security Pacific Bank’s equity investments. • Director of disposition program for Seattle Trust & Savings Bank . Created a development concept utilizing air rights and initiatives for a 700,000 square foot commercial building in downtown Seattle, thus adding $8 million in value to the sale of a single site. • Development of portfolio review programs, business strategies, asset development guidelines, and donation strategies for Northern Indiana Public Service Co • Packaging and successful disposition of Bethlehem Steel’s 100-acre, Vernon, California steel plant as the multi-tenant Vernon Industrial Plaza. • Consolidation of Columbia Pictures’ operations and creation of the development package for a 430,000 square foot facility in Burbank. • Value enhancement re-utilization strategy and successful disposition/exchange of Pacific Coast Producers’ cannery in Santa Cruz, California.
