Resource Law LLC is a Singapore law practice comprising a team of very experienced lawyers with varied capabilities over a wide spectrum of practice areas. We represent both domestic and international clients, particularly in the shipping, energy and natural resources, financial industry and life sciences sectors. Our lawyers have decades of experience advising on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters in these areas, as well as in the areas of corporate, corporate regulatory, commercial and financial transactions, restructuring and insolvency, insurance, employment, real estate, intellectual property, and data protection and privacy. In June 2016, Resource Law LLC entered into a Formal Law Alliance (FLA) with Reed Smith Pte Ltd, the Singapore office of global law firm Reed Smith. The FLA, known as the ‘Reed Smith Resource Law Alliance’, will provide a one-stop seamless platform for our clients whenever they require advice on multi-jurisdictional matters involving Singapore law.
