RTI can help develop and implement offset programs related to technology implementation, education for public and private sector, knowledge transfer, and other areas recognized by the Oman Public Authority for Privatization and Partnership (PAPP). Our ultimate goal is to support our customer’s missions, and to ensure their overall success.
