During the #MeToo movement and the Harvey Weinstein scandal, I dedicated myself to understanding workplace sexual harassment by investing tens of thousands of pounds and extensive research into developing technology specifically designed to tackle this issue. The experience provided me with deep insights into the 𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐥, 𝐩𝐬𝐲𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐝𝐲𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭. Although the technology didn’t reach the market, 𝐰𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐭 𝐚 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐬𝐞𝐱𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞. Unfortunately, just as we launched, Covid-19 meant that we had to hibernate that business until now. In addition, I bring substantial real-world experience from corporate and business environments, where I’ve seen firsthand how harassment affects morale and productivity. This unique combination of research and practical experience equips me to offer tailored strategies that go beyond compliance to create meaningful change.
