Responsive Care Group is a new and exciting care provider supporting individuals across the UK to remain independent in their own homes. We understand that care is not a fixed product bought off a shelf as a ‘one size fits all’ service. We move away from the traditional care package and focus on a person-centred approach delivering care and supporting people in a way that suits them. We are in a very fortunate position to cover both the North and South of England having both offices in Nottingham and Devon. Who makes up the Responsive Care Group Team? We were born out of the desire of two social care professionals wanting to make a change. We might be a ‘new’ company but together we have worked supporting other providers to deliver outstanding care across the UK for several years. With over 50 years combined experience in social care having held roles as Registered Managers, CQC Auditors, social care turnaround consultants, area managers, directors and coordinators we have an excellent team to support our mission in changing the way care is delivered to achieve positive person-centred outcomes. Whom does Responsive Care Group work with? We are happy to support local authorities, NHS CCG’s, multi agencies, private individuals, charities and organisations.
