Responsiveness for Relief and Development Foundation (RRD) is a non-profit organization that aims to contribute effectively to reducing human suffering in Yemen. Additionally, RRD works with partners to mitigate the sufferings of IDPs and people affected by conflict and disaster in Yemen by building and focusing on humanitarian programs as well as projects that promote social solidarity, contribute to the adoption of a culture of peace that rejects hatred and war.
Mission Statement: To alleviate human suffering, build confidence and promote evidence-based decision making.
Vision Statement: A civilized and cohesive community inspired by peace, tolerance and prosperity.
Objectives:
a) Reduce the suffering of people affected by conflicts and disasters.
b) Develop systems that provide high quality and reliable data related to the humanitarian aid and development process.
c) Enhance Government response to the marginalized groups’ and community needs.
d) Raise awareness of civil society to participate effectively and positively in the democratic and development processes.
