At no more than 20 minutes from Amsterdam, directly situated at the Loosdrechtse plassen, the team of AIM makes sure you enjoy creative dishes and a nice service so you are completely relaxed for the afternoon or evening. Every 2 weeks the menu will be changed by Chef Wessel Ruijmgaart and his team. Thanks to his experience at Restaurant Aan de Poel** and De Kersentuin he creates the most surprising and amazing dishes for you. Hospitality, creativity but non the less flexibility are the key performance indicators that AIM focusses on. Therefor the menu is designed in a way you can order all dishes a la carte as well. To reach the optimum of flavours viticulturist Latoya Ruijmgaart combines all dishes with matching wines. All wines that can be ordered in the wine pairing menu can also be ordered by glass. The AIM wine list has been carefully put together with a lot of love and contains classic, well known, new and surprising wines. Wessel, Latoya and their team of professionals love to welcome you for lunch or dinner. We are opened from Tuesday until Friday for lunch (12.00-15.00 hrs) and dinner (18.00-22.00 hrs). On Saturday we serve dinner only, starting from 18.00 hrs. On Sunday's we are open all day from 12.00 until 22.00 hrs.
