Restaurant Harper

Harper located on Plaats 25 in The Hague will open its doors March of 2024. The monumental building from 1731 is currently being tranformed into a restaurant with an elegant and informal character. An accessible business with a homely feel. The eclectic interior is warm, classic and a bit modern, with attention to the smallest details. In the private room on the first floor, the large windows provide a beautiful view of the “ Plaats “ and “ Hofvijver”. This room with it’s own bar is perfect for private dining, drinks and business meetings. Culinary inspiration comes from all over the world. The dishes are prepared with the best seasonal ingredients evoking a sense of story, place and pleasure. But also enjoy a cup of coffee and something small to eat by the fireplace or take a seat at the bar for a glass of wine or cocktail. When the weather is nice please raise your glass on the terrace. And if you would like to enjoy an extensive meal afterwards? Then we have a seat for you in our restaurant. Harper will soon be open any time of the day, every day.
