Ishtar was the ancient Sumerian-Babylonian goddess of fertility, love, and light, and her influence is evident in our recipes. Established in September 2004, our initial concept was to create a sophisticated yet contemporary Mediterranean restaurant, both in terms of menu and ambiance.
