Reston Equity Group (Reston) has acquired a portfolio of seven operating businesses offering comprehensive residential infrastructure services in Ohio, Virginia, and Kentucky, collectively referred to as Reston Construction. Reston Construction’s mission is to provide customers with a reliable, quality solution to their home building and remodeling needs seamlessly within the Reston umbrella. Strategic Objectives: Expand Reston Construction’s Infrastructure Services: We will pursue acquisitions of infrastructure service businesses across commercial and industrial sectors and integrate them into our existing portfolio. Our strategy, aligning synergies for our customers within our integrated platform, aims to enrich and expand our current residential offerings while introducing new commercial services within the Reston Construction umbrella. We will pursue strategically replicating this successful model into other geographic areas. Diversify Reston’s Investment Portfolio: We will leverage our team’s vast experience in scientific instrumentation and health & wellness to build an expanded portfolio. Our objective is to elevate these industries by identifying and addressing areas for improvement and modernization. We have strategically identified several avenues to optimize business practices in these industries, which already have favorable profit margins. Recent discussions with investors have highlighted a shared enthusiasm for these markets, reinforcing our commitment to innovation in the scientific instrumentation and health & wellness fields.
