Restorative Services is an independent, confidential, and informal service that provides resolutions to workplace issues. More than just a route to ‘speak up’, we know that organisations and employees alike want solutions and support to respond to harm within the workplace. Our approach is based on restorative practices that aim to build, maintain and repair relationships in institutional settings. These practices rest on our core values of relationship, responsibility, respect, and repair. We are a New Zealand-based company and work internationally.
