Restorative Education recognizes that learning communities can build strength, resilience, and connections by providing each individual the power to speak and be heard. Teaching intentional practices to give each member a voice, skills to hear and respond to different viewpoints with empathy and respect, and tools to respond to individual viewpoints strengthens the group and builds connections. Our mission is to assist schools and communities in fulfilling their purpose with a clear plan for creating a culture and climate of safety and well-being. We provide high quality, sustainable professional development, delivered through a Social-Emotional learning framework, with a professional learning coaching/mentoring model.
