Ted Rogers School of Retail Management at Toronto Metropolitan University

Founded in 1998 as the first School in Canada that is dedicated to the study of Retailing across formats, functions, and product or service categories. Our School offers degrees at the Undergraduate (B.Comm) and Master's (MScM) level with over 1,200 graduates and counting! The School features the largest complement of faculty with research focused on retail and individuals who are recognized as award winning teachers. The Bachelor of Commerce in Retail Management prepares the next generation of leaders for professional careers in a dynamic and evolving sector of the global economy. A B.Comm in Retail provides a solid foundation in buying and merchandise planning, visual merchandising, strategic planning, digital retailing and social media analytics, operations management, customer experience design through in-store, online, and mobile channels, global issues, brand or category management, social media, and much more. As well, the program prepares students interested in postgraduate studies with a Master's degree and applied research opportunities.
