RETECH Foundation works to develop human capital in Nigeria. Our mission is to provide nationwide mentorship, scholarship and good citizenship programmes that improve the learning environment in our schools and provide a wide range of opportunities to help our youths develop skills, knowledge, values, behaviours and competencies needed to ensure Nigeria becomes the most developed country in Africa and one of the most economically viable nations in the world. Our mentorship and scholarship programmes aim to ensure more talented children, young people and professionals are motivated, guided and encouraged to strive for success in all they do. Our good citizenship programme aims to ensure our young people develop the right attitude required for success by taking responsibility for their achievements and goals; by having the right attitude to tasks and to school; by showing respect to authority, their school staff and their classmates; and by learning to help others around them. We know that our intervention will have a significant impact on the literacy rate in Nigeria, as we aim to eradicate lack of funds as an excuse for talented students to drop out of school as well as motivate talented young people to achieve their full potential and become empowered. With the help of RETECH Foundation programmes, we can transform lives, improve the quality of our workforce, and make Nigeria a more prosperous and productive nation.
