Retention Register

We are just like you, we work in the construction industry. Our team has worked on projects of all sizes, from home refurbishments to large UK public infrastructure projects. We have also seen it from all sides, contractor, subcontractor, designer, project manager, advisor and client. We know from first-hand experience that remembering that retention is either due or owed is a challenge; because life moves on, people move on, and projects move on. We know your time is best spent delivering your next project, so with this in mind, the Retention Register is set up to take the administrative hassle out of remembering how much and when retention payment might be due. We will send a series of communications reminding you that you either need to claim or pay retention.
