Retirement Security is a Retirement Property Management Company. Retirement Security is the Freeholder of 32 Independent Retirement Communities within England and Wales, which are referred to as COURTS. The owners living in the Courts live independent lives but benefit from on site support - as and when required. The Courts are set up as individual businesses which ensures the owners have control of the way the court is run and all associated costs. A board of Directors is appointed from the owners living at the courts who in turn represent all owners. To support the Board of Directors, Retirement Security acts as the Managing Agent and Company Secretary for 26 Courts. Our business operates out of 18 Wood Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire.
