4. The app must be as user-friendly as possible.
With the advent of the concepts such as smart/advanced manufacturing and Industrie 4.0, manufacturing enterprises are expected to respond in near-real-time to disruptions regardless of the source being changing demands or changing conditions in the factory or in the supply network.
