Based on a common will for supporting the joint economy via the real estate sector; and to maximize its role in achieving the development of Islamic countries; and to augment the feeling of pride and belonging to it by entrepreneurs and investors in this sector; and to contribute to the improvement of gains and resources that are considered one of the foundations of civilization; and based on the faith in the importance of cooperation to achieve prosperity in all Islamic countries; and in appreciation for our responsibilities in combining those in charge of real estate issues in a Union that strives to direct the efforts toward achieving mutual growth; and endeavoring to represent all Islamic countries, and to organize work on the highest levels of organization and quality, the Union founders and members agreed to adopt this Statute and its appendixes of modifying or supplementary resolutions.
