Reverse Alert Australia is a fully owned subsidiary of Auto Innovations Group (AIG). Reverse Alert is a globally patented automatic emergency braking system, invented in Brisbane, Australia. In September 2016, AIG is launching a prospectus to list on the ASX and once capital is raised, strategies will be implemented to deliver Reverse Alert to corporate, government and mid-market fleets then to the consumer market. Importantly Reverse Alert is an aftermarket product that does not conflict with Australian Design Rules and can fit on any vehicle with a brake pedal. Following the capital raise, Reverse Alert will also be available to the truck, bus, trailer, caravan, fork lift and construction markets with no manufacturer (OEM) intervention required.
