Globally, the annual cost of physical inactivity to healthcare services is £35 bn. Loneliness alone is costing UK employers £3.7bn pa. We give people who love the outdoors the tools to change both of these statistics. Revity App is an online community where people who love the outdoors can connect with each other and monetise their outdoor interests by organising events or teaching adventure sports. We help users all over the world build active lifestyles and form more meaningful social relationships, making them healthier, happier and less lonely. Users can match with adventure buddies based on shared interests or location, connect online via the community, then take things offline by attending or organising events, or booking a skills session. We are redefining how people spend their free time by normalising being active outdoors with friends and family, instead of relying on drinking and eating out to socialise.
