We utilize a number of different evidence-based approaches to help you reach healing and wellness such as : cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and positive psychology. With over 20 years of experience in the behavioral health industry, we are able to provide competent treatment for a multitude of issues that often bring individuals to therapy. Our areas of expertise are: depression, anxiety, mood disorders such as bipolar disorder, substance abuse issues, personality disorders, grief, divorce, PTSD, co-dependency, narcissistic abuse, chronic pain and illness and life adjustments/transitions. Not only do we work with adults, but children as young as age 5. We see individuals, couples and families.
